Tactique was established in 1999 as a Georgia corporation by Linda Jew, who operated the company in the Atlanta, GA area until 2011, when she relocated herself and her business to the Washington, DC area. Since its inception, she and an evolving team of specialists have been providing B2B and B2C marketing, communications, and business development services to for-profit companies and non-profit organizations.
Prior to Tactique, Linda spent nearly 15 years in New York and Atlanta on the agency and client sides of advertising and marketing at top firms, including BBDO and IBM. Her clients ranged from small companies, including Nouvelles Images (a French publishing company) and RelevantKnowledge (a tech start-up), to large international corporations, including Coca-Cola, DuPont, Eli Lilly, Maxell, and Polaroid.
Her work contributed to those companies getting plenty of great results, such as Eli Lilly having the most successful new drug trial recruitment effort in the company's history; Maxell having a surge in blank audio cassette sales when digital audio forms were becoming all the rage; and Polaroid having its "Under 30 Bucks" campaign profiled as one of the "most consumer-friendly ads" on the Adam Smith's Money World TV program.
Tactique clients have experienced similar results: Bloom* Aromatherapy gained local, national, and international sales within weeks of launching its online retail website; Blue Ridge Motion Pictures secured $100K in new revenue from just one client; and the owner/operator of Soleful Healing received front-page coverage in the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, which led to an interview on the NBC Nightly News.
In addition to working in corporate marketing and related functions during the past 25+ years, Linda has been creating resumes and personal marketing plans for individual clients. She began writing resumes for friends and fellow students during her days at The George Washington University, and she parlayed their successes in garnering interviews – and landing jobs – into a business. (The entrepreneurial bug had bitten.) She has composed and continues to craft resumes for students and professionals alike. Actors, corporate executives, healthcare personnel, retail staff, teachers, tradesmen, and others. In most cases, they get both interviews and job offers.
Business and individual clients getting powerful results.
That's the business of plenty.
That's Tactique.
